HPP Employees Multipurpose Cooperative or HPPEMC is a cooperative for and by employees of different IT/BPO companies in the Philippines. It was first registered with the Cooperative Development Authority of the Philippines on August 27, 2014 as HPP Employees Credit Cooperative (HPPECC). On July 29, 2019, the CDA has granted the cooperative its multipurpose status and changed its name to HPP Employees Multipurpose Cooperative. 

HPPEMC operates within the mandate of RA9520 or the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008.

The initial objective of HPPEMC was to promote thrift among members and create funds in order to grant loans for members’ financial needs, enabling them to help themselves. With the granting of its multipurpose status, the purpose of HPPEMC expanded beyond credit facilities. It has enabled HPPEMC to engage in other businesses for its members like consumer goods, food, real estate, and others.

All employees of member companies (e.g. DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP Inc., Computer Sciences Corporation, Micro Focus, ITSM Corporation, etc.) can join. Other IT/BPO companies who are not yet a member of HPPEMC may enter into a MOA to allow their employees to enjoy the benefits of being members of HPPEMC.
